Cancellations/Same Day Cancellations

Reservations are recommended so we can secure a time that accommodates your schedule. We understand that circumstances may arise when you cannot keep your appointment, but in consideration of our service providers, we ask that you please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice.

*Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of each service.


Card on File

In order to book future appointments, Roxc Beauté requires a credit card on file. All information will be kept confidential.


Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each of our services. Being late may impact our ability to offer you the best Roxc Beaute experience you deserve. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Guests who NO-SHOW/miss their appointments, without giving any prior notification will be charged 50% of their service(s) booked.

Guests who NO-SHOW/miss their appointments, more than three (3) times, will be required to put a 50% deposit for all future appointments, indefinitely.

We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Covid-19 Guidelines
It’s important that all our clients know what we are doing to keep them safe during and after COVID-19.
Because of the nature of our work, Roxc Beauté has always practiced OSHA’s “Universal Precautions” to protect against infection control. This involves specific protocols for masks, gloves, hand washing, cleaning, disinfecting, sanitation, and other disease prevention controls. In addition we are staying in compliance with NJ Workplace Safety Standards, NJ Cosmetology, Skincare Licensing Boards and the Board of Health. With health and safety protocols already deeply ingrained in our policies, procedures, staff and facility, the additional protocols to guard against COVID-19 are a straightforward extension of our existing practices.


Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed.

We are committed to making any needed corrections.
