At Roxc Beauté, we want every visit to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. By booking a service, class, package, or membership with us, you agree to the following policies.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens! To respect the time of our service providers:

1. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. (You can call us or simply respond to our text via the link provided)
2. Same-day cancellations, late arrivals (past the 8-minute grace period), and no-shows will incur a $30 charge per scheduled service.
3. Clients with more than three (3) no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price for repeated no-shows and will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront for all future appointments indefinitely.

Class & Training Cancellation Policy

To secure your spot in any class or masterclass:

1. Deposit: Non-refundable
2. Masterclass: $500
3. Speed Wax Techniques: $250
4. Balance: Remaining balance due 24 hours before your session
5. Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed with 72 hours’ notice. Reschedules requested later will forfeit the deposit.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable. No-call/no-show by student or model forfeits the session and payment.
7. Model Responsibility: Students must provide a model unless requested in advance for an additional fee. Model no-shows may shorten hands-on training time without refund.

Roxc Beauté reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Membership Policy

1. Commitment: Minimum 3-month commitment required.
2. Billing: Memberships are billed monthly and non-refundable.
3. Cancellation: After the initial commitment, cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
4. Rejoining: Clients may not rejoin any Roxc Beauté membership for 90 days after cancellation.
5. Unused Services: Unused services do not roll over.

Membership benefits include discounted services and exclusive offers; these are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless specified.

Package Policy

1. Packages are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
2. No refunds on packages or individual sessions.
3. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
4. No-shows are counted as a redeemed visit.
5. Packages are only valid at Roxc Beauté and cannot be used at any other location.

Refund Policy

1. Services, products, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
2. Gift cards expire one year from purchase.
3. Refunds will be issued only in cases of service errors or extenuating circumstances, at Roxc Beauté’s discretion.

Skincare & Waxing Guidelines

1. Pre-Treatment: Follow instructions provided for shaving, exfoliation, and avoiding irritants.
2. Post-Treatment: Follow aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
3. Health Conditions: Inform your service provider of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect treatment.
4. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18+ for Brazilian waxes; minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for other services.

Safety & Health Policy

1. We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene practices for all services and equipment.
2. Clients experiencing illness or infection may be asked to reschedule.

Privacy Policy

1. Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment management and communication.
